Delivery is available to the following cities: Aurora,  Arvada, Denver, Broomfield, Boulder, Centennial ,Commerce City, Castle Rock, Denver Englewood, Golden, Lafayette, Louisville, Henderson ,Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Ken Caryl ,Parker Greenwood Village, Roxborough,  Superior,  Westminster,  Brighton Wheatridge, Thornton, Northglenn, Lonetree, Glendale.  Hand Deliveries We offer same day delivery for certain fruit baskets & cookie totes.  Please visit our Same Day Delivery page for a list of gifts available for same day delivery.  All other gifts will be delivered the next business day. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time or for a specific time. Deliveries before 12pm are considered rush service and is available at an additional cost. The delivery charge covers one delivery attempt.  Please check addresses and be sure to include suites or apartment numbers to avoid possible delays, or redelivery/rerouting charges. If no one is available to accept your gift, the gift will be left at the front door. When weather or other circumstances prohibit normal driving, we will redeliver the soonest possible time with no additional charges to the buyer.    Orders placed with incomplete or undeliverable addresses may be delayed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the next business day.   Saturday Delivery is available for an additional charge  for the following cities:  Aurora: Englewood, Greenwood Village, & Centennial. Hand Delivery to Hospitals We do not ship gift baskets to hospitals.  Hand delivery is available to local hospitals within the Denver Metro area.  We will only process orders that meet the following criteria:  Patient must have a room number.  Patient is not in ICU. Patient is not checking out on the day of delivery.  A Basket Wrap is not responsible for orders delivered to the hospital in the event the recipient has checked out  while the gift is in transit.  It is the buyer's responsible to ensure that the recipient will be at the location where the gift is being delivered. The buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred including redelivery or rerouting fees and a redesign or restocking fee.  If the buyer chooses to cancel the order, they will incur a 20% service charge in addition to shipping/delivery charges.  We delivery to most hospitals within the Denver Metro Area including: Centura Health Hospitals, Advista Adventist, Littleton Adventist, Porter Adventist, St. Anthony Central, The Children's Hospital, Cleo Wallace Center, Columbia Health Care Plaza, Medical center of Aurora, Presbyterian St. Luke's, Rose Medical  Center, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospitals, Swedish Medical Center, Craig Hospital, Denver Health Medical Center, Fort Logan Mental Health Center, Lutheran Medical Center, National Jewish Medical and Research Center, North Colorado Medical Center, Precedent Health Center, Saint Joseph Hospital, Scci Hospital, Sunrise Mediplex Rehabilitation Hospital, University Hospital, Veteran's Administration Medical Center, West Pines at Lutheran Medical Center. Full addresses and telephone numbers are available for all hospitals listed above. Delivery to Hotels   Delivery to hotels must include: hotel's telephone, address, guest name, and if possible, check in date.  Please ensure recipient is not checking out on the day of delivery.  A Basket Wrap is not responsible for orders delivered to hotels in the event the recipient has checked out while the gift is in transit.  It is the buyer's responsible to ensure that the recipient will be at the location where the gift is being delivered. The buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred including redelivery or rerouting fees and a redesign or restocking fee.  If the buyer chooses to cancel the order, they will incur a 20% service charge in addition to shipping/delivery charges.
Deliveries to Apartment Complexes Deliveries to apartment complexes must include an apartment number, and or a building number, and a daytime telephone number for the recipient. Failure to provide this information will cause a delay of up to 1 business day on your gift. Delivery fee covers 1 delivery attempt.  A redelivery delivery attempt on the same day because courier could not gain entrance to the building will result in a $5.00 redelivery charge. If we have to reattempt a different day, another delivery fee will be incurred.
Policy for Failed Deliveries While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. A Basket Wrap is not responsible for shipping or delivery charges incurred by the courier (UPS, DHL, Messenger Service) when (1) the customer provided an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or unable/unwilling to accept the gift  or  (3) the gift has to be rerouted to another location.  There will be a $5.00 wrong address charge if the gift is rerouted and delivered the same day.  If the gift is returned to our facilities for, there will also be an additional delivery charge.
Shipping  A Basket Wrap can ship across the state or across the country.  Shipping is also available to Canada.  All gifts ship from the state of Colorado.  At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.  In addition, we can not ship to PO, APO, or FPO  boxes.   When will my gift arrive?  To determine the time in transit, locate the state to where your gift is shipping and correspond the color to the legend provided. Do not count the day you placed your order, start with the next business day.  Do not count Saturdays & Sundays  or Holidays when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit.   Processing Time & No Shipping Dates Please note that all orders including express orders requires 1 business day for processing before they can be shipped out.  No shipping days New Years Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day  Thanksgiving Christmas
Responsibility for Failed shipments While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Courier services charge an additional $10.00 for the following occurrences:  Forwarding a package while already in transit   Making any corrections to the address We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.  Most couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before it is returned to our facilities.  If the gift is returned because of: The customer provided an incorrect or outdated address The gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated deliveries The recipient refuses the gift The customer will be charged  20% service charge as well as shipping and handling cost.  A Basket Wrap will resend the gift to a new address or recipient at the customer's request  if the customer agrees to pay additional shipping and handling charges.  When a package has shipped and returned to our facilities for any of the reasons listed above, shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Chocolate Shipping Notice Chocolate shipping restrictions are in effect from May-Sept.  We will substitute chocolates with either brownies or fudge.
