Before contacting us, Please check the email address you supplied when you placed your order for either a delivery notification  or, shipping notification.  Be sure to check your junk mail folder as sometimes mail systems will filter it as junk.  Tracking notification emails will contain a tracking number,  the date it was shipped from our facility, and the estimated arrival date.  For more detail tracking info, visit FedEx  or UPS and track your package with the tracking number which was supplied to you thru email.  If you placed your order and did not receive a tracking or delivery notification, please complete the form below and a representative will contact you within 1 business day
